The Bunet is the most typical dessert of the culinary tradition from Piemonte, made with cocoa and amaretti almonds cookies. It can be garnished with whipped cream, strawberries or peaches.

BUNET TYPICAL PUDDING FROM PIEDMONT
Ingredients: milk, amaretto biscuits (sugar, apricot almonds, egg white, lactose and milk protein, flavours, leavening agent: sodium acid carbonate), cream, sugar, eggs, cocoa, amaretto liqueur (alcohol, water, sugar, flavours, colouring: caramel), caramel (caramelized glucose and sucrose syrup), thickener: carrageenan. It may contain gluten and shell fruit.
