Ingredients: Aroma, inverted sugar syrup, glycerine.
As its name suggests, this Droplet reproduce the intense violets´ flavor. A delicious aroma which makes delicate Gin & Tonics, floral Cocktails without adding sugar – also worth in case of spirits or syrups, and of course, as an ingredient in baking.

Cocktail: 1 drop
1 cl cane syrup
10 drops of Droplets Sweet Violets
1.5 cl lemon juice
1 cl maraschino
6 cl Bombay Sapphire
Mix in shaker with plenty of ice for 10 seconds then straight into a glass. Decorate the cocktail.
90 g egg white
80 cl water
100 g sugar
40 drops of Droplets Sweet Violets
Whisk the egg whites until they form peaks.
Prepare a caramel sauce and heat it up to 120°C.
Gradually add the egg whites.
Add the Droplets. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Droplets Sweet Violets bequeathes a playful touch to the classic meringue.
