CAVIAROLI WASABI
is perfect to add the wasabi touch without using wasabi at all, having the texture of the oil. Lastly adding the wasabi taste via CAVIAROLI make it easier to dose and more suitable for everyone.

CAVIAROLI is a savory explosion of flavor enclosed in a thin and transparent membrane. The caviar-texturized pearls, obtained with the encapsulation technology, break in the mouth allowing diners to enjoy a delicate pure oil portion before mixing with the other ingredients of the dish. Caviaroli is a new way to present and use the oil, so it can be used anywhere you would put crude oil. Before using it flip the jar a couple times in order to enhance the oil aroma. Works well with all kinds of dishes, cold and hot. Its membrane can withstand temperatures up to 60°C so it can be also used in soups and hot creams.
