The Encapsulated extra virgin olive oil is the first variety launched by Caviaroli and it obtained immediately a great success. Its aromatic and fruity flavor is ideal to go with meat, fish, cheese and dessert.

CAVIAROLI is a savory explosion of flavor enclosed in a thin and transparent membrane. The caviar-texturized pearls, obtained with the encapsulation technology, break in the mouth allowing diners to enjoy a delicate pure oil portion before mixing with the other ingredients of the dish. Caviaroli is a new way to present and use the oil, so it can be used anywhere you would put crude oil. Before using it flip the jar a couple times in order to enhance the oil aroma. Works well with all kinds of dishes, cold and hot. Its membrane can withstand temperatures up to 60°C so it can be also used in soups and hot creams.
